  Rejuvenate Pilates was amazing! After a couple of years away from Pilates I was pretty nervous about going back to it. I had tried a couple of other 'studios' recently but they didn't 'feel right'. I have been back to Rejuvenate for the second time this week and it was awesome! I did 2 reformer sessions with Kerryn and I just feel so much better already. Kerryn is calm and relaxing as you listen to her talk you through each stretch, she will push you without breaking you, will give you personal attention when you need it (which is great when you are in a 'class') & is always keen to have a laugh! (Which I needed many times!!). Thanks Kerryn, I'm looking forward to trying out some other sessions with other trainers and working up to TRX! Even the other clients were so friendly, great atmosphere, very welcoming! Look forward to next week!
